Had lots of readers ask,”If I purchase eggS (washed) at the store, how can l preserve the eggs without refrigeration?”

This came up awhile back in the Flotefest group on telegram. Waterglassing seems to be the best overall option if you can’t get unwashed eggs. My suggestion is to keep them in an ice chest with frozen water bottles if refrigeration space is the issue.
